Guppi Water System

The Guppi hydration system helps you drink more water by creating tastier, higher-quality water. No sugar, no supplements, just normal H2O with a kick of organic flavor.

I was tasked with providing creative direction for the overall style as well as production of the development of the Guppi water bottle brand, including wordmark, color palette selection, typography, and pattern. This new product needed thoughtful direction as Jennifer will be launching a Kickstarter campaign in the coming months.

The Mark

I created a meaningful, classic, and modern wordmark focusing on the idea of a brand that can stand the test of time. The initial idea of the final mark came from combining a drop of liquid with the shape of the letter 'u'. By abstracting and subtracting some of the 'u' shape and adding the top of the droplet in its place, the mark is both visually pleasing, and is representative of the product.
